Your company must be an HRD Corp levy-registered employer (your HR or finance team will know)

Apply before training

Submit a pre-training application via the HRD Corp Employer Portal at least 2–3 weeks before your course date. We provide all the programme details you need.

Get approved & attend

Approval takes 5–10 working days. Then simply attend the training (minimum 80% attendance to qualify).

We handle your claim

HRD Corp pays the course fee directly from your levy account (no out-of-pocket). We prepare all the required documents. Any claimable allowances are reimbursed to your company, typically within 14–30 working days.
